Jim Lauder's voice has been described as calming & trustworthy.  Jim brings a warmth and sincerity to each family and couple he meets.  Drawing on his strong improvisational skills, his funerals and weddings captivate his audience.
 
In addition to his voice over work, Jim has a Doctorate degree and over ten years experience serving couples and families on Vancouver Island officiating ceremonies based on their spiritual beliefs and philosophies.

Jim is a cancer survivor and author of Fear, Valor, Humor - a story about his healing experience. He brings a deep sense of compassion, sensitivity, spirituality, and a wealth of knowledge about the human condition to his work.

Jim has studied the art of voice acting under the direction of world-renowned voiceover talent and coach Dr. Elley-Ray Hennessy.  He brings an honest and refreshing voice to his ceremonies and events. Let Jim co-create with you a beautiful ceremony!
